Terms & Conditions for Innerspace

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Innerspace mobile application and website (https://getinner.space), operated by Innerspace (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Innerspace is intended for users 18 years and older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You agree to use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in a lawful manner.

2. User Accounts

To use Innerspace, you may be required to create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In.

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
All activity under your account
Providing accurate information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, violation of these Terms, or suspicious activity.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Innerspace offers monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay and Google Play Billing where applicable).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Users can manage or cancel subscriptions through their app store or account settings.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only under certain conditions, such as technical issues, accidental duplicate payments, or as required by applicable law.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create, including mood entries and journal text.

You are responsible for the content you submit
You agree not to upload harmful, illegal, or abusive content

Your use of Innerspace is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store and process your data securely using Firebase services.

We do not sell personal data.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

Misuse or attempt to hack the app
Reverse engineer or copy the app
Use the app for illegal or harmful activities
Interfere with app performance or security

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts if:

These Terms are violated
Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected
Required for security or legal reasons
